Meet the Team: Brendon Warren on always going the extra mile

This month in our Meet the Team series, we’re introducing you to Brendon Warren, our Sales Support Co-ordinator. Brendon has been with Accora for over two years, bringing energy, dedication, and a can-do attitude to his role. Here’s a little insight into his work, his values, and what keeps him motivated.

What is your role at Accora?

My role is Sales Support Co-Ordinator.

How long have you been part of the team?

I have been at Accora for 2 years and 9 months.

What does a typical day look like for you?

A typical day for me involves travelling around the country in a van, transporting some of the equipment that we manufacture and supporting our clinicians during training sessions.

What do you enjoy the most about your role?

I like seeing different parts of the country and providing essential training to the Occupational Therapists.

What’s something people might not expect about your work?

If there is a urgent delivery that needs doing the same day, I’m the man that will make the delivery happen.

What’s one value or mindset that guides how you work?

A mindset that guides me how to work is ‘where focus goes, energy flows, results grows’.

What’s a moment or achievement at Accora that you’re especially proud of?

Making urgent, same-day deliveries happen when they are really needed. I ensure that customers and clinicians have what they need, when they need it most.

If you had to describe Accora in one word, what would it be- and why?

If I had to describe Accora in one word, it would be ‘Dynamic’ -because everything here is constantly evolving with new products arriving, making each day at Accora different from the last.

When you're not at Accora, how do you like to unwind or spend your free time?

I like to spend time with my family and friends. I also really enjoy a nice bike ride to unwind from a busy week at work!

Brendon’s role takes him all over the country, connecting with clinicians, delivering vital equipment, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From providing hands-on support at training sessions to jumping in with urgent same-day deliveries, he plays a crucial part in ensuring our customers and partners always get the help they need, exactly when they need it. His positive mindset, adaptability, and willingness to go the extra mile truly embody what makes Accora dynamic.
