Cushionair is a dynamic pressure-relieving cushion which is normally recommended for service users who have developed pressure damage.
Recommended for service users who have developed pressure damage
The cells of the cushion inflate and deflate alternately; this provides pressure redistribution via cyclic changes in loading and unloading.
Suitable for a service user who:
- Has a pressure ulcer in the seated area that is not responding to offloading with a foam cushion
- Is at very high risk because of complete immobility or presence of a non-healing pressure ulcer
- Prefers this choice for comfort
- Weighs up to 160 kg

Configura Bariatric
The Configura Bariatric is a dual-motor chair suited to larger service users. It offers an increased weight capacity, with a tilt-in-space option for up to 40 stone and a non-tilt-in-space version for up to 50 stone.
Configura Solus
The Solus is a portable, triple motor riser recliner chair with tilt-in-space, legrest and independent backrest recline. It features standard and medium rise functions, supporting both independent and assisted transfers. Multi-adjustable Pillow Backrest
The Multi-adjustable Pillow Backrest is the standard backrest for the Configura chairs. Each pillow is height adjustable, and the filling can be customised to the user.
Cocoon backrest
Offering additional comfort and support, the Cocoon backrest can be adjusted by changing the position or amount of stuffing in any of its 9 cells.
Lateral-support wedges
The lateral-support wedges fit underneath the backrest pillows to provide mild posture encouragement.
Profiled headrest
The profiled headrest offers increased support for the service user’s head and neck.
Quarter depth-adjustment kit
The quarter depth-adjustment kit can be used on the backrest of the chair or under the seat cushion for postural correction or management.
Channel legrest
The channel legrest reduces the likelihood of the legs moving away from the body's midline by providing side support on the legrest.
