Suitable for medium to very high-risk service users, this mattress uses a step-up/step-down hybrid foam system with foam-filled alternating cells. It features a heel slope to minimise surface contact and a top layer of visco foam for comfort.

The Allevia Duo Plus mattress offers an advanced step-up/step-down hybrid foam system, complemented by an extra quiet pump (when used as dynamic mattress). Notably, the mattress can also be used without a pump, catering to the needs of high-risk service users.
To address heel surface contact, the mattress incorporates a clinically proven 90 mm (3.5 in) heel slope, ensuring minimised pressure in that area. Additionally, it features a top layer of visco foam, further enhancing overall comfort.
For added functionality, optional evacuation straps are available. In the event of a fire, simply pull out the straps and secure the service user to the mattress using the safety fasteners. Convenient handles are thoughtfully placed on the sides of the mattress, facilitating safe and secure service user movement.
