Featuring a specialist heel slope for pressure management

The specialist design of this mattress, coupled with the utilization of multi-stretch material, ensures optimal pressure redistribution for a wide range of user groups. Its high-density foam walls and base provide excellent stability during side transfer procedures, as well as when transitioning to alternative seating systems or assisting with stand transfers.

The castellated central zone, designed for pressure reduction, effectively redistributes weight in the most vulnerable areas, ensuring effective management of mainstream service user weight.

To enhance both comfort and pressure reduction, the ultra-soft heel area features a gentle slope and taper. Combined with the visco elastic foam's left-to-right cut, this design efficiently redirects pressure away from the vulnerable heel area.

For added versatility, the mattress offers optional evacuation straps. In the event of a fire, these straps can be easily accessed and utilised to secure service users to the mattress using the safety fasteners. Convenient handles located on the sides of the mattress ensure safe service user movement.
