Configura® Solus
The Solus is a portable, triple motor riser recliner chair with tilt-in-space, legrest and independent backrest recline. It features standard and medium rise functions, supporting both independent and assisted transfers. Its tool-less size adjustments, complemented by a range of compatible accessories, enable it to adapt to fluctuating and evolving mobility needs, promoting sustained independence.

Compatible accessories
Multi-adjustable Pillow Backrest
The Multi-adjustable Pillow Backrest is the standard backrest for the Configura chairs. Each pillow is height adjustable, and the filling can be customised to the user.
Profiled headrest
The profiled headrest offers increased support for the service user’s head and neck.
Lateral-support wedges
The lateral-support wedges fit underneath the backrest pillows to provide mild posture encouragement.
Lateral support backrest
Suitable for service users who need increased lateral support, the lateral support backrest encourages a midline sitting position.
Allevia® Cushionair
Cushionair is a dynamic pressure-relieving cushion which is recommended for service users who have developed pressure damage.
Cocoon backrest
Offering additional comfort and support, the Cocoon backrest can be adjusted by changing the position or amount of stuffing in any of its 9 cells.
Allevia Visco Cushion
The Allevia Visco cushion is a static, pressure-reducing cushion for clients who are at risk of developing pressure damage but whose skin is intact.
Adjustable lateral-support system
The adjustable lateral-support system enables mild postural correction or management with adjustable velcro-on lateral supports.
Allevia Duo Cushion
The Allevia Duo Cushion is a hybrid that can be used in various configurations to achieve the pressure relief that is required for the service user.
