Across the UK we offer joint assessments at your client’s home for our range of Configura seating and floor level profiling beds.
Our Product Specialists recommend the minimum specification to meet the clinical need of your service user, and work up from that as directed by the Prescriber. If we believe our products do not meet the clinical need, we will advise you and suggest an alternative supplier.

Please note:
The Product Specialist will bring the closest specification of chair possible on the visit, but please note they may not have the exact model. An assessment typically lasts 45 minutes -1 hour; if you feel more time is required, please let us know. The chair will be taken away at the end of the assessment. The Product Specialist reserves the right not to carry out the assessment if access is too challenging or there is a risk of infection etc. We assume the Occupational Therapist /Prescriber will be present at the assessment – but please advise if this is not the case.
