Super-supervision: back to basics with Shaen Milward
This is a practical webinar for both supervisors and supervisees who want to get more from the supervision process, whether they are delivering it, receiving it, or shaping a stronger supervision culture. The session will revisit the core purpose of supervision, explore what makes supervision effective, and consider the attitudes and conversations that help it become a meaningful professional space rather than just a routine meeting. Meet our Experts
Shaen is a highly experienced occupational therapist providing supervision nationally to practitioners across both independent and employed practice. He is listed on the RCOT Suppliers Directory and work online with occupational therapists across the UK. He holds a Diploma in Supervision and a Master’s degree in Education, with a specialist interest in coaching and mentoring. With experience across both mental and physical health, Shaen offers 1:1 and specialist peer group supervision, and also supports business development for occupational therapists who are starting out in private practice or looking to grow an existing independent service.
Nicola Murphy is a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist with experience within the inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. Her experience spans across many specialities including oncology, surgery/ vascular, wheelchairs services, and elderly care.
